What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you'll make customers' day every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a tidy, attractive shop floor with full shelves and well-organized stockroom
• Processing transactions efficiently at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking, checking, pricing, and stocking products according to standards
