Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a full‑time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. Hourly rate: £12.25
Employment type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 50 weeks per year
Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7
Contract: 50 weeks per year

Responsibilities

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service.
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Handling cash and operating the cash register.
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
