Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support store displays in Carmarthen and surrounding areas. You will visit assigned stores on schedule, set up and maintain planograms, and ensure displays meet safety and brand standards.

You’ll capture clear photos and brief written updates using company systems, reporting any issues to the District Team Leader. You will work independently with a clear daily routine, build strong relationships with store staff, and complete visits on time

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores and complete visits on schedule.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Carmarthen area

Hours: 2

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - 09:00 - 11:00

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards. Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in‑store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track. As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:
