Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser in the Carmarthen area to set up, maintain and check product displays across assigned stores. You will work on a two-hour shift per visit, with schedule options on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 09:00–11:00, driving a company or personal vehicle as needed.

You will follow planograms, meet client guidelines and safety standards, take photos, and provide concise reports to support client reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Good at organizing your own work and managing your time.
• Comfortable working on your own and following instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting.
• Understand basic health and safety.
• Be honest, respectful, and positive.
• Build strong relationships and work well with others.
• Get things done efficiently and reliably.
• Always look for ways to improve.

Responsibilities

• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Carmarthen area

Hours: 2

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - 09:00 - 11:00

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards. Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in‑store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track. As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.
