Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ballymena is seeking a Retail Assistant for a part-time, temporary position. 20 hours per week with a Monday–Friday 6am–10am shift, based at Primark Ballymena – Fairhill.

Salary is £13.11 per hour with benefits including pension, employee discounts and holiday allowances based on hours. This role offers an early start and opportunities to learn fashion retail while supporting a busy store team.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with sizes, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and a sales floor that showcases the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries; pricing accurately, maintaining high standards.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
