What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you'll make our customers' day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns
• Setting up an attractive shop floor, maintaining tidy fitting rooms, and organizing stockroom
• Processing transactions efficiently at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving and checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring items are correctly priced and meet standards
