Job summary

Primark Lincoln is hiring a Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract (end date 02 January 2027) for part-time hours (12–20 per week) with full flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13) and a benefits package including pension, discounts and wellbeing support.

You will help customers with sizes, styles and returns, keep the shop floor inviting, process till transactions quickly, and handle deliveries and pricing to meet high

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Maintain a well-presented shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Deliver a fast, friendly till experience and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack and price new deliveries and ensure products are on sales floor.

Shift pattern: Full flexibility required for this role minimum 5 days working. Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends– all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
