Are you ready to join the team at Cadbury World and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest? We’re on the lookout for Retail Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making chocolatey memories that will last a lifetime.

As a Retail Host, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping run our NEW Cadbury shop while always seeking out opportunities for amazing guest interactions. Whether you're serving at the till or helping guests find that perfect treat, you'll own the experience and make it as fun and memorable as possible!

But wait, there’s more! You’ll be totally obsessed with creating a magical experience for our guests, treating each one as an individual and ensuring their time at Cadbury World is nothing short of chocolatey perfection.

In this role, you’ll be restocking the shop and serving at the till for extended periods, so you’ll need to be able to keep things moving smoothly throughout the day.

We have seasonal, fixed-term contracts available until August/October with shifts between 8am and 6:30pm. You’ll be working a minimum of 10 hours per week, and you’ll need to be flexible during school holidays as times and days may change.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• An outgoing personality that’s ready to join in the fun
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• A great sense of fun and a love for all things chocolatey!
• Friendly, approachable, and ready to engage with guests
