Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Belper is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our team. The role covers 9 hours per week with a pay of £13.17 per hour, helping customers find products aligned with their wellness goals in a welcoming environment.

You'll gain product knowledge through training, collaborate with the team, and perform store tasks like stocking, merchandising and promoting promotions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.

• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
