Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Barry is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers, help them find products and support promotions. You'll contribute to a high-standard store environment and use tablets and digital tools in a busy retail setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you’ll bring
