Job summary

TUI in Sittingbourne is recruiting an Apprentice Travel Advisor to gain insight into the world of travel and work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship. You will be supported to become a destination expert who can recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products, while putting customers at the heart of the business.

You will work 37.5 hours with a varied shift pattern, including weekends and busy periods, in-store and online.

• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
• You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
