Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you into a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products. You’ll prioritize all customers by creating unforgettable holiday experiences, making us the best-loved holiday company.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Use your passion to inspire customers and colleagues while enjoying a fun environment.
• Your drive to achieve will help you exceed sales targets; in Retail, we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’.
• Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-facing role, both face-to-face and virtually.
• If things don’t go as planned, your colleague network will help investigate and resolve questions or complaints.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance your knowledge, skills, and behaviors, enabling you to adapt your style and help bring memorable holidays to life for our customers.
• You’ll have time during your workweek to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform, guided by a dedicated learning coach aiming for you to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion for tourism.
• Dedicated to achieving goals, targets, and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
• Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and positive when facing challenges.
• Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.
• A team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues.
• An organized individual who takes pride in their work and communicates effectively.
• Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths.
• Able to work varied shifts in line with shop opening and closing times.
