Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd. in Worcester is recruiting an Apprentice Supervisor for a permanent full-time shop position. You will work 35 hours across 5 days with a starting pay of £13.61 per hour and join an appliance-style development program.

You will undergo a 12-month apprenticeship with coursework, regular assessments, and a DBS screening. Benefits include holiday entitlement and staff discounts as part of a comprehensive staff package.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete 12-month apprenticeship and coursework.
• Flexible with shift patterns.
• Be reliable and part of a small team.
• Able to pass Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast, friendly till service and assist with packing.
• Handle stock and deliveries, place products in freezers and on shelves.
• Open/close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and support the manager to run the shop.
