Job summary

Aria Intelligent Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Consultant to work with senior leaders at major Retail and FMCG clients to define strategies, design operating models, and identify how AI can unlock value.

You will lead workshops, analyze data, and deliver high-impact recommendations across planning, pricing, analytics and digital transformation. A strong client-facing track record and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in retail merchandising, business transformation or analytics and consulting.
• Ability to synthesise information and approach problems in a methodical and logical manner.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in large data sets.
• Excellent written and oral communication across seniority levels.
• Experience with major software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and actionable solutions to retail challenges in planning, pricing, analytics and digital transformation.
• Produce high-quality deliverables that assist clients in achieving and maintaining long-lasting growth.
• Lead the development and running of workshops and the evaluation of as-is and to-be states.
• Analyse and document business capabilities to develop solutions relating to operations, processes, people, and technology.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights based on client interviews and workshops.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executives and project leadership.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations and digital transformation projects with data/tech teams.
• Build relationships with client leadership, project sponsorship and business teams.
• Conduct industry, competitor and company analysis for market benchmarking.
• Contribute to Aria’s internal product roadmap with analytics and ideas.
• Support pre-sales work and proposals for prospective clients.
• Support Aria’s culture alongside the Chief People and Culture Officer.
