Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Retail Advisor for our concession at Jarrold's in Norwich. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience across fragrance, body care and home scenting.

You don't need prior experience, just reliability and a true teammate attitude. You'll support store operations, meet targets and enjoy generous staff benefits, including discounts and product samples.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.
