Job summary

Molton Brown, the UK luxury fragrance brand, is recruiting a Seasonal Retail Advisor for our East Midlands Designer Outlet store in Alfreton. This fixed-term role is 6 hours per week, ending 24 December 2026, perfect for holiday cover and flexible schedules.

You don't need previous retail experience; we value reliability, teamwork and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position offers £13.45 per hour, 50% staff discount and a pro-rata bonus when targets are met.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products, you'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.
