Job summary

Molton Brown, part of Kao, is seeking a Retail Advisor for our Gretna Gateway Outlet. This 3-month fixed-term role is 10 hours per week, offering a personal, customer-driven shopping experience and a chance to learn our luxury fragrance and body care lines.

No prior experience is required; we value reliability, teamwork and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised service to every customer, every day.

Molton Brown is at the heart of everyday indulgence; every sensory moment evokes a memorable experience and one we would love you to share with our customers as a Retail Advisor at our Gretna Gateway Outlet store. This is a 3-month fixed term contract working 10 hours a week.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
