Joining our team as a Retail Administration Assistant, you will play an essential behind the scenes role in keeping our retail operations running smoothly, ensuring our shops have everything they need to raise life saving funds.
Blue Cross is a leading UK animal welfare charity with over 50 retail shops across England and Wales. Our retail operations are essential in raising funds that support our mission of caring for sick, injured, and homeless pets, helping over 40,000 animals each year through rehoming, veterinary, and education programmes.
Based at our Hartlebury office, home to both our retail team and warehouse, you'll be at the centre of our operations where your role will provide crucial administrative support to our retail team, assisting with logistics and coordination to keep things running smoothly. This is a part‑time role, working 14 hours per week, Monday & Tuesday 8am - 4pm.
We need you to be a strong communicator in both written and verbal communication and be confident working with multiple pieces of software, systems, and digital tools. As you will be responsible for keeping systems and filing up to date and organised, having good attention to detail is crucial to be successful in this role.
You will be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task. Whether you’re working independently or as part of our close‑knit team, your confidence, adaptability, and professionalism will shine through. You’ll be instrumental in handling sensitive information and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
