Job summary

NEXT is hiring a part-time Stockroom/Shop Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll locate, pack and transfer stock, ensuring it looks inviting for customers. When on sales floor, provide fast, friendly service and maintain high standards of presentation.

You’ll work as part of a busy store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers. Flexible options and generous employee benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Reliable, friendly and efficient in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to locate, pack and transfer stock accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
• Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
