1st Executive is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Manager to lead a key UK grocery retail relationship within a growing food manufacturer. You will own the account, drive commercial performance, and work with multiple internal functions to deliver joint initiatives and growth.

The role demands strong relationships with retailers, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver retail plans across Waitrose, Asda, M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's

Qualifikationen

• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or fresh food
• Experience managing a major grocery retailer account
• Ideally, previous experience working with on of the major UK retailers
• Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
• Experience working with own-label products
• A good understanding of food manufacturing, supply chain and retail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to work effectively across multiple internal functions
