This 2 partner team handle cross-border big ticket Restructuring work in the UK, US and Europe.

They work on behalf of funds and other clients. The group and the group head have won a number of accolades for excellence. The firm house a leading Restructuring team in the US and they have a very strong practice in France and Germany. The London offering is also very strong and the firm is committed to developing this further.

Clients include official and ad hoc creditors' committees, bank groups, individual lenders, court-appointed fiduciaries, debtors, and investors that focus on distressed situations. They advise on chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy-related acquisitions, cross-border insolvency matters, bankruptcy-related litigation, and insolvency-sensitive transactions. They represend parties in restructurings in industries such as transportation, retail, manufacturing, food service, oil and gas, and media
