Restructuring & Insolvency NQ – Birmingham | Legal 100 Firm | NQ Solicitor

Are you an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a top-tier Legal 100 firm?

We’re working with a leading national law firm that is continuing to grow its high-performing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Birmingham.

The Opportunity: You’ll advise a broad client base including insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, directors, and creditors on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The work is varied, challenging, and commercially focused – often centred on business rescue, restructuring, and maximising realizations for creditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice across corporate and personal insolvency matters
• Deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal services to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development through networking, articles, and public speaking
• Manage your own caseload and support junior lawyers
• Meet agreed billing and performance targets
