Job summary

Eaton Recruitment is partnering with a leading investment bank to hire a Restructuring Analyst into its top-tier advisory team. You will advise on critical restructurings, distressed M&A, capital raises and liability management, shaping outcomes for companies across sectors.

You'll build financial models, analyse liquidity and contribute to live transactions from day one, collaborating with senior bankers, lenders and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement.
• A genuine interest in special situations, distressed investing and complex financing structures.
• Ambition to develop within a leading advisory platform.
• 2-3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities

• Building sophisticated financial models, liquidity forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Supporting the execution of restructuring, refinancing and special situations mandates.
• Performing valuation and credit analysis across stressed and distressed businesses.
• Preparing client presentations and board materials.
• Working directly with senior bankers, management teams, lenders, sponsors and legal advisers.
• Contributing to live transactions from day one.
