Job summary

FRP Advisory Group in Teesside seeks a Senior Manager/Director of Restructuring Advisory to lead formal corporate restructuring appointments, contingency planning engagements, and options analysis. The role requires hands-on management, strong client service, and insightful report writing.

You will oversee mid-market assignments, manage case progression, and mentor the restructuring advisory team in a fast-paced professional services environment, with a hybrid working model in Teesside.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in restructuring advisory.
• ACA/ACCA qualification is preferential, but not required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restructuring assignments from inception to completion, including CVLs, Administrations, MVLs, Corporate Simplification and CVAs.
• Build and sustain excellent client relationships and assume ownership of client relationships.
• Be the first point of contact for clients and oversee pre-appointment advice through to formal restructuring process.
• Review work of junior team members and provide guidance and supervision on complex areas.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.
