Qualifications

• Educated to RQF Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent; Registered Practitioner status or willing to work towards it.
• Experience in direct work with children and young people with knowledge of Child Protection procedures.
• Experience of arranging and managing victim/offender conferences with external partners.
• Sound knowledge of Restorative Justice and its application in a justice environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver Restorative Justice interventions with young people and victims, adhering to the Victim Code.
• Provide statutory Victim Contact and facilitate victim participation in conferences when possible.
• Update records accurately and maintain compliance with National standards.
