Job summary

London Borough of Newham is seeking a Restorative Approaches Practitioner for the Youth Justice Service to centre the voices of those harmed and coordinate multi-agency restorative work with Police and Probation.

The role focuses on delivering victim-centred interventions, embedding restorative justice across YJS and building strong partnerships with key agencies. Flexible/hybrid working is offered; salary £47,262–£50,676 with a market supplement and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• As a Restorative Approaches Practitioner, you will contribute to the provision of effective and high-quality multi-agency Youth Justice Service, in ensuring that the voice of those harmed is heard.
• You will establish and maintain effective multi-agency links with key partner agencies to support victims of crime in Newham.
