Job summary

Restoration Management Company in Kent, WA seeks a Project Supervisor to take direction from the Project Manager and ensure jobs are scheduled and completed on time. You will oversee branch warehouse, vehicles, and job sites, reporting to a Branch or Department Manager.

You will lead crews, coordinate with Project Coordinators, verify hours on work orders, provide status updates, and assist in mitigation work while upholding safety standards and company core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading crews (8+ people) in restoration/mitigation projects.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Valid Driver’s License required; bilingual a plus.
• Experience supervising ~20 employees across projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or assists in managing production phases for projects.
• Conducts job site visits and quality checks of crews’ work.
• Reviews schedules with Project Manager to plan staffing and logistics.
• Coordinates crews and oversees on-time completion of tasks.
• Provides status updates to Project Coordinators and Managers.
