The Opportunity

Join our Service Operations Team as a Restaurant Technology Problem Manager. You will focus on identifying and reducing recurring issues in our restaurants and services, working across technical, procedural, and behavioral areas to improve our systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ITIL Problem and Change Management processes.
  • Leading observability initiatives to enhance system stability.
  • Producing reports on system reliability and performance.
  • Mentoring and developing Site Reliability Engineers.
  • Managing data analytics and governance for system insights.

Team and Stakeholders

This role is part of the Running Great Restaurant Technology (RGRT) team, reporting to the Head of Service Operations. You will collaborate with technology partners and various teams at global, market, and restaurant levels, including franchisees and suppliers.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience managing and leading technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices and ITIL processes.
  • Optional technical skills: observability tools, BI platforms, system administration, networking, cloud services, data architecture.
