The Opportunity
Join our Service Operations Team as a Restaurant Technology Problem Manager. You will focus on identifying and reducing recurring issues in our restaurants and services, working across technical, procedural, and behavioral areas to improve our systems and processes.

This role is part of the Running Great Restaurant Technology (RGRT) team, reporting to the Head of Service Operations. You will collaborate with technology partners and various teams at global, market, and restaurant levels, including franchisees and suppliers.
