Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking a part-time Pot Washer to join our busy kitchen in Chilton. You will mainly work in the pot wash area, ensuring dishes are cleaned and returned to storage, while following cleaning checklists and fast-paced teamwork.

The role requires good communication, reliability and strong time management. Training will be provided, and benefits include staff discounts and onsite parking. Applications close Monday 19th October 2026.

Hours: Part Time

Hours: 15 Hours Per Week Including Weekends

We are currently looking for Pot Washers to join our busy Kitchen. Working mainly in the pot wash area you will be accountable for the cleaning of the kitchen and using the pot wash, as well as following cleaning checklists.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work hard in a fast-working environment. Experience in a similar position is beneficial, however we are looking for somebody who is hard working and committed. Training will be given to the right candidate.

Will be required to multitask, work at speed as and when required, work as part of a team, both following instruction and using own initiative.

Assisting both front of house & back of house team when necessary

Working Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday
