Brend Hotels is seeking Restaurant Staff for a full-time, all-year-round role at The Royal Duchy Hotel in Falmouth. Shifts from 7am-12pm and 6pm-10pm with weekends include December coverage; various early mornings, evenings, and weekends available. You will deliver high levels of service and support all restaurant operations.

The role offers staff tips, share of tips, paid holidays, and staff discounts across Brend Hotels, with training provided to help you progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station for service by stocking condiments, linen, and cutlery.
• Welcome customers, issue menus and take/record orders with the team.
• Serve food and drinks in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Clear and relay tables as needed.
• Assist with restaurant cleaning alongside staff.
• Follow HASAWA, fire precautions and legal requirements; perform other tasks as needed.
• Support other departments and maintain good working relationships.
