Job summary

Upham Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking Food & Beverage Team Members to join a high-energy, guest-focused team.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve beverages, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness while supporting managers and delivering a memorable guest experience. Training and progression are available as you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
• You’re a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making abilities and confidence.
• You should be organised and able to multitask.
• General knowledge of food, wine and beer.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the pub and take orders.
• Process payments by cash or card.
• Serve hot and cold beverages, including alcohol.
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy.
• Assist with managerial requests as needed.
• Look after guests throughout their dining journey.
• Balance high volume with high quality service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Be eager to learn new skills and opportunities.
