Job summary

Derby Arms in the Forest of Bowland is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join a vibrant, service-driven team. You’ll contribute to outstanding guest experiences with friendly service, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude in a busy pub setting.

We offer flexible shifts, excellent staff discounts on food and accommodation, training programmes, and rewards including service awards and a referral bonus. Training and progression are encouraged across six premium pubs with rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; full training provided.

We are looking for a Restaurant Team Member to join our team!

Derby Arms is in the Forest of Bowland and sits between Longridge and Chipping. One of our smaller hotel sites, it has 6 en-suite hotel rooms, a bar, lounge and snug area, a casual dining restaurant and a covered alfresco dining space.

We are passionate about quality and using the best regional product. Our main menu of British classics changes with the seasons; and our Seafood Specials are created by our talented team of chefs on site, making the most of the catch of the day and best quality seafood available.
