Job summary

Derby Arms is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our busy forest-side venue between Longridge and Chipping. Enjoy flexible shift patterns, a share of tips and a substantial food discount for you and up to six guests, plus hotel accommodation perks and rewards for performance.

We pride ourselves on quality regional produce, seasonal classics and on-site Seafood Specials crafted by our chefs. Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available as part of our active, award-winning team.

Derby Arms is in the Forest of Bowland and sits between Longridge and Chipping. One of our smaller hotel sites, it has 6 en-suite hotel rooms, a bar, lounge and snug area, a casual dining restaurant and a covered alfresco dining space.

We are passionate about quality and using the best regional product. Our main menu of British classics changes with the seasons; and our Seafood Specials are created by our talented team of chefs on site, making the most of the catch of the day and best quality seafood available.
