Job summary

British Garden Centres in Bold Heath invites applications for Restaurant Team Members to join our friendly dining team. The role is part-time with weekend work, totaling about 14 hours per week. You will deliver good customer service, take orders, operate the till, clear tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Be flexible and a team player, able to work varying shifts. Staff parking and staff discounts apply across our Garden Centres, Restaurants, and Leisure Park.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is desirable.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused approach essential.
• Must be able to work weekends and be fully flexible.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the till and handle cash accurately.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Wash up duties and assist with general food service tasks.

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to come and join our friendly Restaurant. Bringing our food and Restaurant to life for our guest to remember. Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekend work.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading. Could be extended or made permanent.
