Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Team Member in the UK. You’ll be at the heart of the restaurant, serving guests or helping with dough and prep to ensure every shift runs smoothly.

You’ll deliver fantastic service with a smile, making customers feel part of the Franco family. No experience required—training provided, with a friendly, fast-paced environment and strong team support.

• Serve guests and ensure dough and pizza preparation is on track.

• Take orders, serve drinks, and bring sourdough pizza to the table.
• Work with the team to keep the restaurant buzzing, even during busy shifts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.

• £12.71 – 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
