Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer.
• Flexible to work a range of hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes every customer with a friendly greeting.
• Delivers fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
• Resolves simple customer enquiries and refers difficult ones to a Manager.
• Ensures food is prepared, stored and areas cleaned according to Health & Safety standards.
• Conducts temperature checks and records results as required.
• Completes daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Adheres to standards for product quality, service speed and cleanliness.
• Maintains crew stations and follows shift manager directions.
• Keeps the restaurant and kitchen areas clean and stocked.
• Reports near misses, injuries and illnesses promptly.
• Follows PPE procedures when instructed.

Your Key Responsibilities As Restaurant Team Member Include

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
• Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to a Manager!
• Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards!
• Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process!
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
• Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
• Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures your actions contribute towards achieving them.
• Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including the restocking of workstations!
• Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible!
• Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed!
