Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 season. You will deliver exceptional service, manage staff, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction across matchdays and non-matchdays.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality venues and a passion for delivering memorable experiences, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue.
• Team player and confident in managing staff.
• Quick learner with passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
• Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures
• Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
• Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
• Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures
• Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
• Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
• Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
