Job summary

Galgorm Resort & Spa in Roe Valley is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Fratelli – a rustic Italian concept within our Roe Valley Resort. You will supervise day-to-day F&B service, lead a team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, knowledge of openings/closings and till procedures, and the ability to multi-task in a busy restaurant environment; weekend shifts and early mornings included.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in opening and closing procedures of café/restaurant and till reconciliations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Performance-driven with a customer service focus.
• Strong planning and organisation abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and be flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Have full knowledge of the menu to answer queries.
• Supervise the F&B team and outline daily duties.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with Fire, Health, Safety and Hygiene regs.
• Attend regular team meetings and report issues.
• Use till systems for orders and payments; manage opening/closing.
• Upsell knowledge and uphold Galgorm Collection standards.
