Iconic Hotels & Resorts’ Nobu Hotel is seeking a Lounge Bar Supervisor for The Lounge, an all-day dining concept. You will lead daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure a seamless guest experience across breakfast, afternoon tea and our Japanese-influenced dining offering.

You will support service standards, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across departments to deliver personalised, memorable hospitality in a world-renowned luxury setting.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, restaurant or high-end hospitality environment.
• You thrive in a busy service environment and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of The Lounge and all-day dining service.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Support rota planning and labour management to ensure efficient staffing levels.
• Lead team briefings and share key updates with colleagues.
• Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and create tailored experiences to enhance the guest journey.
• Provide exceptional care for VIP guests and ensure personalised experiences.
• Support, train and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and maintain departmental standards and operating procedures.

As the Lounge Bar Supervisor in our all day dining restaurant - The Lounge at Nobu Hotel , you will play a key role in the daily operations serving breakfast, afternoon tea and our Japanese influenced all day dining experience. Supporting the Assistant Lounge Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You will

You have experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, restaurant or high-end hospitality environment and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You thrive in a busy service environment, lead by example and enjoy developing and motivating others to achieve their full potential.

You are naturally personable, highly organised and confident building relationships with both guests and colleagues. With a strong eye for detail and genuine passion for hospitality, you take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive team culture.
