Job summary

Wingstop in Sheffield is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, drive performance, develop the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a busy dine-in setting.

You’ll lead shifts, coach Crew and Shift Managers, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain service, food quality and cleanliness, and take ownership to make a visible impact every day in this hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness and ambition to progress.

Responsibilities

• Supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Leading shifts and developing team members.
• Driving sales, performance, and service standards.
