Wingstop in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a key leader in the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and develop the team. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience and own day-to-day operations on shift.

You’ll lead, coach, and motivate the team, overseeing recruitment, training, and onboarding while driving service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/retail management is required.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
