Job summary

Wingstop UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our dining-room team, collaborating with the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts and maintain high standards of service and food quality. You will mentor Shift Managers and Crew, drive performance, and support recruitment and training in a fast-paced restaurant.

The role is hands-on, based in a dine-in Wingstop restaurant, with opportunities to progress into higher leadership positions as you demonstrate impact and capability.
