KFC UK&I in Yeovil is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance and maintain the guest experience. You’ll own the restaurant’s vibe, coach your team and ensure a smooth, compliant service that makes every guest feel welcome.

In this role you’ll manage shifts, stock, rosters and KPIs, train and motivate staff, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service on every shift. You’ll be valued for being yourself and empowered to lead with authenticity.
