We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Reservations Agent ( Restaurant Reservations Sales Consultant ) to join the Maybourne Reservations team at the Corporate Office.
Maybourne owns and manages Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riviera and The Emory (Opening April 2024) – some of the world's most renowned hotels. Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Reservations Agent ( Restaurant Reservations Sales Consultant ) you will be responsible to process reservations received via both verbal and non-verbal communication methods whilst at all times maximising revenue and dealing with the day to day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.
