Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction in a busy UK restaurant.

You will own performance, stock management, scheduling, and the guest journey, ensuring standards, compliance, and a great atmosphere across shifts. You’ll develop talent, resolve issues, and keep the operation running smoothly while embodying the KFC ethos of being yourself.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong people skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Focus on delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining standards.
• Experience with rostering and stock management is a plus.
