The role:

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential.

Requirements:

• Prioritize creating a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Lead, train, and mentor emerging leaders.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects exceptional service, supporting your team with skills and mindset.
• Strong financial skills including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Use data to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Focus on team building and development, from recruitment to ongoing growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
