We re working exclusively with a multi-award-winning restaurant group about to bring their iconic concept to Oxford for the very first time. Known for bold flavours, top-tier casual dining, and a loyal cult following, this is your chance to lead a brand-new opening that s already buzzing with hype.

They re on the hunt for an experienced, people-first Restaurant Manager who s ready to bring the energy, run slick service, and help make this flagship site the talk of the town.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the full front-of-house operation in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver next-level service and energy every single shift
  • Being the face of the venue approachable, hands-on, and always guest-focused
  • Working closely with the GM and kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Supporting with recruitment, rotas, training, team development and service standards
  • Managing floor operations, handling customer feedback, and keeping the vibes strong
