Location: EC3V 0BG

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 + performance-related bonus

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30-15:30

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Staff Restaurant, serving 250-350 covers per day
2. Lead and manage a team of 8: 1 Restaurant Supervisor and 7 Catering Assistants
3. Demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills
4. Maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement in service and presentation
5. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure exceptional food quality and service
6. Show passion for food, innovation, and knowledge of various cuisines
7. Handle HR matters, including conflict resolution and general HR issues
8. Maintain Food Safety (FS) and Health & Safety (H&S) compliance at all times
9. Plan and implement marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and its offerings
10. Manage and deliver training to support team development and performance
11. Work closely with the Deputy General Manager and Executive Chef to evolve the food offering
12. Possess strong working knowledge of CH&CO and Compass BOH systems
13. Demonstrate financial acumen, including understanding and managing profit & loss, and adapting the offering accordingly
