Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa, a Rosette-acclaimed venue, is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor to support daily restaurant and events operations, including indoor and outdoor spaces. You will lead and train a diverse team, ensuring top-tier guest experiences while upholding health, safety, and allergen standards.

Qualifications

• Rosette service experience and high levels of communication skills.
• Passion for guest experience with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Focus on staff and guest satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Operations Manager in the daily operation of our Restaurant, indoor/outdoor function spaces, Dining Domes and terrace.
• Lead and develop a team across multiple outlets with cross-training and knowledge growth.
• Train team members on the service journey and ensure health and safety standards and allergen awareness are met.
• Foster a friendly, inclusive culture and drive a memorable guest experience.
