Eden Hotel Collection Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Restaurant and Bar teams, overseeing fine dining to lounge and afternoon tea, in collaboration with Head Chef and senior team to craft operational delivery and memorable service.

You will inspire a 30+ strong team, maintain high standards, and ensure guests are happy with exceptional service in a fast-paced environment; experience in prestige hotel networks ideal.

Qualifications

• Professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering first-class guest experiences.
• Comfortable in both high-volume and intimate fine dining settings.
• Experience at Food & Beverage Manager level in varied environments.
• Ability to lead 30+ team members with proven retention.
• Excellent communication skills and strong written/spoken English.
• Enjoy fast-paced environments with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux, or Small Luxury Hotels of the World is ideal.
